Our Property

At Cortland Ridge we have five unique floor plans. Two 1-bedroom floor plans, two 2-bedroom floor plans, and one 3-bedroom floor plan.

All of our apartments have a walk-in closet with each bedroom (with the exception of the Washington floor plan). Every apartment also comes with ample storage room.

Each apartment has a full-size washer and dryer installed and ready for you to use after move-in!

To help you implement some self-care, all of our apartments have a large garden bathtub in at least one of the bathrooms.

Every apartment has a balcony/patio for your enjoyment. Feel free to decorate it for the seasons and sit out on it enjoying the weather.

Every apartment comes with a parking spot for you to use. Most come with a garage (many with attached garages); while others come with a carport or a reserved spot.

No need to worry over unexpected, hidden fees! We keep any fees and charges transparent to keep everything simple for you.

All 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom floor plans include fireplaces if they are located on the top floor of the building.
